CURRENT PROJECTS

The Roseland CLT is current taking a significant role in supporting the St Mawes Affordable Regeneration Team (SMART) group’s project to build up to 18 affordable homes on an identified site at the Northern boundary of the village.

This project is a wonderful example of self-start community participation and endeavour, drawing together a wide group of local residents, tradesmen and professionals who have the future of St Mawes and the Roseland at heart. It was overwhelmingly supported at public meetings and id being driven forward at pace.

The CLT is the designated umbrella organization for the SMART project.
